SININGER HALL

Sininger Hall, constructed in 1961 as a dorm building, is slated for renovation into a classroom / office facility. A 26,373 sq ft building, roughly 20,000 square feet of space will be renovated while saving and reusing as many walls and features as possible in order to save on cost. Baker completed programming, planning, design, parking certification, project manual development, bidding assistance, board of regents presentations, and construction administration services for the renovation of this 2-story structure located at 904 National Ave on the New Mexico Highlands University (NMHU) main campus in Las Vegas, NM.
