NMHU-FACILITIES BUILDING

The Facilities Department is 12,000 square feet that is planned to be demolished and replaced with a new metal building of the same size. The scope of work includes programming, planning, design, parking certification, project manual development, bidding assistance, board of regents presentations, and construction administration for the project located at 1051 11th street on the New Mexico Highlands University (NMHU) main campus in Las Vegas. Nature of the Project: The program will include the construction of a new metal building to house the Facilities Department administration offices as well as open warehouse-type work spaces.
