EARLY COLLEGE OPPORTUNITIES HS (ECO)

The ECO High School project involved transforming an existing metal building into the main classroom and student commons area, along with adding an administration suite and gymnasium. As part of the project, we demolished a small mechanical building situated between the future classroom building and an existing shop building that was to remain. This mechanical building presented several challenges, as it housed the electrical and plumbing services for both buildings. However, it no longer met building codes and contained outdated equipment, making its removal necessary. Our team conducted multiple site visits to ensure the demolition was thorough and that services to the site continued with minimal disruption.
